3/1/2008: Watering Restrictions
The South Florida Water Management District has issued Phase III watering restrictions effective immediately.  Odd-numbered addresses may only water on Wednesdays from 4-8 am; even-numbered addresses may only water on Thursdays from 4-8 am.  New landscaping (less than 30 days old) may be watered every day except Friday from 2-8 am.  There are no restrictions on car washing, boat washing or pressure washing.   Medically necessary outside maintenance is exempt.  Additional information available at: www.sfwmd.gov/conserve or 800-662-8876.
3/1/2008: ARC Approval Required For Exterior Changes
Stoneybrook's Covenants require that all exterior changes to your residence be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.  An ARC Submittal Form may be downloaded from our Document Library on this Web Site and must be submitted to the Community Center office no later than 7 days prior to the next ARC meeting.  The ARC meets on the 1st Thursday of every month, at 6 pm, in the Community Center.
3/1/2008: Community Center Use Policy
The Stoneybrook Community Center is intended for the exclusive use of Stoneybrook residents.  The Community Center is not available for local area political or civic meetings.  The Community Center is only available for use by Stoneybrook residents who must provide a list of all non-resident attendees to the front gatehouse, or they will be denied admittance into Stoneybrook.
3/1/2008: Temporary On-Street Parking Policy
On-street parking is not permitted within Stoneybrook at any time, day or night.  If a resident is hosting an event where the number of vehicles cannot be accomodated in the driveway, a Temporary On-Street Parking Permit may be obtained, in advance, at the front gate house. Vehicles must be off the street by 2 am.  No overnight parking is allowed except as noted.  The Master Board has designated 20 parking spaces at the Community Center and 3 parking spaces each at the Portrush and Lancaster Run swimming pool parking lots for use as guest, overnight and/or long-term parking.  Long-term parking shall not exceed 14 days within a 30 day time period.  Authorization to use these parking spaces may be secured at the gate house or the Community Center.
3/1/2008: Admittance To Stoneybrook
Kent Security has been directed by the Master Board to regulate access to Stoneybrook according to the following guidelines:
Residents - May only be admitted with a valid barcode, a valid Stoneybrook ID, or information confirming residence in Stoneybrook.
Guests, Venders and Contractors - May only be admitted if listed on a resident's Permanent Guest List, placed on a resident's Temporary Guest List, or their admittance can be confirmed by the gate attendant via telephone.
Renters - May only be admitted if properly registered at the Community Center and possessing a valid barcode and Stoneybrook ID.
All property owners must notify the Community Center when they rent or lease their property, and must submit a completed Lease Agreement and Transfer Form.  All leases must be approved by Family Property Services and the management company for the condo or villa if applicable, before anyone is allowed to occupy any residence.
3/1/2008: Direct Debit Payment For Master Association Fees
Stoneybrook residents may pay their Master Association Fees by Direct Debit.  To participate in this convenient program, stop by the Community Center and pick up a Direct Debit Authorization Form or download the form from our Document Library on this Web Site.
3/1/2008: Horticultural Debris and Garbage
As per Stoneybrook's Covenants and Lee County Ordinance Number 05-13, horticultural debris and garbage may not be placed curbside prior to 24 hours before the regularly scheduled pickup day.  Residents who employ a professional lawn care service should request that their horticultural debris be removed or concealed from view upon trimming.
3/1/2008: "Make Stoneybrook Proud" College Scholarship Program
The Master Association Board of Directors sponsors a college scholarship program for deserving high school seniors who are residents of Stoneybrook.  Every school year the Board of Directors awards two (2) one-time grants in the amount of $1000 each to a deserving high school male and female.  Application forms must be submitted by May 1st and are available at the Community Center or may be downloaded from this Web Site. 
3/1/2008: Front Gatehouse Voice Mail System
Residents wishing to notify the front gatehouse of an expected guest or vendor who is not on their Permanent Guest List should call the Front Gatehouse Voice Mail System at 390-3549.  If the call is made from the telephone number on record at the Community Center, just state the name of the expected guest.  The computer will know who you are.  If the call is made from a telephone number other than the telephone number on record, you will be prompted to enter the telephone number on record at the Center.
3/1/2008: Open House Signs
Open House signs are prohibited by Stoneybrook's Covenants.  They cannot be placed at intersections or on common area property.  Information about property being shown in Stoneybrook, whether by a private Party or professional Realtor, must be faxed to the Community Center (948-1786) by 2 pm on Friday.  An Information Sheet listing all Open Houses is then prepared, duplicated and delivered to the front gate house for distribution to perspective home buyers.
